The Odd Couple is the forthcoming second studio album by Gnarls Barkley set to be released on April 8, 2008.

The album was leaked onto file sharing networks on March 4, 2008. The tracks provided within the leak were mislabeled, thus causing confusion over which version of Run was real. Both the single and the leaked album version of Run [mislabeled as Open Book] are infact the same.

Third is the third studio album by the trip hop group Portishead. It will be officially released on Monday, April 28, 2008 and leaked to the Internet on Friday, March 7, 2008 at some BitTorrent trackers. It is their first release in 10 years, and their first studio album in 11 years. Winona is a collaborative project between Craig Armstrong and Scott Fraser. They dusted off their eye-watering collection of vintage synthesizers and set about creating glacial European pop / electro music in 2006.

They would convene every Friday afternoon in an airy recording studio in Glasgow. Within months, an album of beautifully bruised and unashamedly confused songs emerged. Themes of fear, self-doubt, denial, surveillance, elation, unconditional love and unquestioning devotion emerged. Flawed but defiantly fantastic, Winona came to life.

Having met French actress Laurence Ashley on the set of Luc Besson’s ‘Kiss Of The Dragon’, Armstrong asked whether she would like to contribute to the project. Her sensual spoken-word interludes, melting into the honey-through-velvet voice of singer Lucy Pullin, seamlessly sealed the Winona sound.

Minneapolis-based Cloud Cult has revealed an April 8 release date for their long-awaited sixth album, Feel Good Ghosts (Tea-partying Through Tornadoes) (Earthology). As one of the first self-appointed "green bands," Cloud Cult has released their entire catalog through frontman Craig Minowa's Earthology Records, which only issues 100 percent, post-consumer recycled or organic releases. The band's forthcoming environmentally conscious disc promises to be as progressive as it is diverse and a two-month-long headlining stint will follow the release.
